1. On VIFP Party ... Carnival added the Gold Cruisers to this party. Must have been recently because on our cruise in Nov. 2013 it was only for Platinum and Diamond cruisers. On this cruise there were so many in the room that we no longer felt special with the loyalty program. People were rude and grabbing two and three drinks at a time before we were offered anything to drink. In 2013 we thoroughly enjoyed mingling with other loyal cruisers and this time it was a fiasco. If you feel that you need to do it for Gold please keep them separate from our program.

2. In the Lido Breakfast Buffett there was a new chef who had laid out the food in a not so organized manor. By that I mean you stand in a long line for an omelet or fried eggs and then had to go stand in another long line across the room to get bacon, sausage or ham and/or toast. That just doesn't make any sense to me at all. On the other ships there were usually two lines for the omelet and fried eggs and the meats and toast were right there so you could go to your table.

3. In the evening one night we went through the dinner buffet and got back to our table only to find out that the food was warm, not hot. That only happened once but it still needs to be addressed.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

The room was fine ... just missed having a balcony but it was twice the cost and we felt it wasn't worth paying the difference.
