Celebrity is always a nice, clean, enjoyable cruise. This one was again. However we booked Sky Suite 1214 and adjoining room 1216. We had severe issues with 1216. Four different family members tried sleepin in the room, a couple who are light sleepers and 2 who are heavy sleepers. No one slept well. It is a really noisy room. Lots of banging and creaking. We cruise a lot and this room is truly a problem. After 5 nights they gave us another room to sleep in (for my daughter and her husband). But beware if booking 1216.

In the Suite, 1214 it is a very nice room and it is great having the butler along with the normal room steward. However, I'm 6'4" tall an dthe shower in that room is not tall enough for me. I continually hit my head on the 'rain' type shower head and on the ceiling. I had to slouch to shower! Very disappointing.

One other gripe re: Celebrity...since the popularity of the 123go program, it seems as though they are much slower serving drinks. Not sure if its the larger crowds at the bars or intentionally less staff to keep costs downl Either way, it's not quite as fun when you have to wait too long for a drink.! Read more
