We were on the 11/15/14 sailing on the Glory. We sailed with my mother-in-law, my husband's cousin and his friend. This was my 9th cruise and 5th with Carnival. This was my husband's 6th and 5th with Carnival. My mother-in-law's and friend's 1st cruise and cousin's 7th cruise. We all really enjoyed the ship, itinerary and staff. We had an Ocean Suite 7249 which was always spotless and had plenty of room for the 2 of us. A light went out in the bathroom and before we could report it, a repair person came right on down to replace the bulb. Our cabin steward was already on it. Awesome! The balcony was a bit larger than a standard balcony and we enjoyed it very much. Mother-in-law had a balcony room on deck 8 it was nice and clean always but the bathroom was a little worn. Cousin and his friend were in an inside cabin across from us. They had no complaints about their cabin.

Embarkation had been better in other ports. It was a bit confusing. There were a row of people to the right before security checking ID's and boarding passes. It was a little odd as we don't know what the purpose of that was. Never had to do this before. We had a suite so we were priority. We were able to get our S&S cards fairly quick but others in our party didn't so we wound up waiting anyways.

We sailed to Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk, San Juan and St. Thomas. Half Moon Cay was WONDERFUL!!! We decided to get Cabana 10 (the lime green one). We booked it prior to the cruise and then chose it when we boarded on the 1st day. It was a perfect spot...close to the restrooms and close enough the ship wreck bar. It's located further down the beach which is what we wanted. They provided so much food and drinks that we couldn't finish it all. Plus there's a BBQ lunch offered. They allowed us to bring our unopened sodas and water on board with us so that was good.

Our suite was always clean and was plenty big enough for the 2 of us. The dressing room was an added bonus. Plenty of storage for all of our stuff. We had a large balcony as well as a picture window. It was very nice!
