Lack of information - change of itinerary without prior notification or alternative offered. Could not visit Bermuda due to adverse weather conditions - agree safety must come first. However, this meant that we lost 3 days (2 in Bermuda and 1 at sea) we just travelled slower to make up time. Days could have been added to port calls NY, Port Canaveral or Miami.

Weather not good transatlantic but no information, ship pitched and rolled. Lucky not an accident and broken bones in Oceanview café at meal times.

Food poor standard and same menu. Food after leaving NY seemed to be reheated and tasteless. Main dining room menu limited and poorly cooked. Speciality restraurants Murano & Qsine very good - Tuscan grille poor quality steak tough, no alterative offered. Wine waiter very irritating/impatient kept swinging glass whilst we selecting, then appeared annoyed we did not buy extortionately priced bottle ie Pino Grigio $52.50 - Red wine $109 hence we only got 1/3rd glass we purchased. Couldn't be bothered complaining by this time as late in cruise and all had been nightmare.
