Embarkation/Debarkation – Both were let downs. Embark—agent's desk wasn't set up to take security photo for shipboard card although surrounding agents had the capability; I printed more documents than we're actually needed at check in. Something as simple as asking the agent to toss/shred the paperwork I presented but wasn't needed was met with a big sigh. The kid said he didn't have access to a trash can so I would need to move along and find one on my own. Seriously?? Debark--long, hot wait—outside/inside terminal; long wait for porter. If I choose to use RCI in the future and I have no pressing post-cruise plans, I will remain on the ship until the final call no matter what I'm told.

Cabin – a bit too worn down for my taste. Rust around bottom edges of shower; shower curtain had not been changed in who knows how many prior guests (see below for cabin steward) ; all furniture had major dings; cloth bolsters around bed were detached from wall (hard to describe but it was not meant to be that way); mattresses were hard (subjective I know, I know) as were the pillows.

Ship – overall condition – no complaints except the chair seats in the buffet area really need to be replaced—nasty to pull out a chair to sit on with a ton of stains. Elevators operated conveniently at all times even during embark/debark. Read more
