We have been on over 25 cruises and previously traveled on the Freedom of the Seas in 2008 and loved it. We hit the Allure and had a great time and went back on the Freedom on November 23, 2014.

To say the least it was not the same ship or service. Was like a bad Carnival Cruise. The ship was overbooked by over 500 for the Thanksgiving week and the entire staff seemed to just want the week to be over with from day 1.

"My Time" dining is a joke. We were told on day one that we could come at 5:45 or 7:45 (thereby missing both shows). So basically it is their time..not "My Time". Lines were forever to check in, even when you had a reservation and he staff basically said you better reserve the same table, same time every night or your screwed.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

7234 was nice and connects to 7236 but 7236 had a sewer smell and the door to the balcony leaked badly and did not fully cool down as a result
