After more than 13 years I was finally able to go back to Celebrity. Everything that I remember about Celebrity was the same, beautiful ship, very nice staff, everyone smiling and very accommodating, except the food. The food was mediocre at best. In the dining room the worst dish was the salmon tar tar, utterly watery. The best was the lamb chops. The buffet had pretty good selection of food, but the breakfast selections didn't change each day, so after 11 days it got pretty repetitive. Dining room breakfast also didn't have much variety. Rom service was very limited unless you wanted to pay extra.

But the things I loved were many. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. We had cabin 8232 on "the hump" with no obstructions on the view. Also very convenient to the elevators.

Cafe Al Bacio was great. Always crowded but very fast service. Staff always had a smile even when they were swamped.

Deluxe Veranda 1B

Cabin 1B

Cabin was amazing. Location is perfect. Seconds from the aft elevators. Very quiet. Edgar our stateroom attendant was very good. No obstructed view in any way. Bed was by the balcony, which is what I prefer.
