Sail Date: Dec 2014
Cabin: Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

This ship was at FULL capacity and unfortunately it was understaffed. The complimentary sit down restaurants recommend reservations, however there wasn't a separate line for stand by which meant those that didn't make reservations were often getting seated while those that made them had to wait. Not good.

This is a great ship for kids and families. However, if you aren't traveling with children it can be somewhat of a pain. No matter where we were, theater, dinner, etc, there was at least one crying child. Now, I know babies and kids cry, but the parent(s) should have some respect for those that are on the cruise to enjoy and relax, and remove the crying child until he/she calms down.

This is our second NCL cruise and for the second time we weren't able to tender to the private island, which was no big deal, but you are paying for 3 ports.
