FAMILY BEACH REVIEW - This is the only are we saw, so it is the area being reviewed here. Beach is super packed with lounge chairs about 7 rows deep by 75- 100 chairs wide. There is a good ratio of umbrellas to lounges, so no concerns about not getting shade if you aren't the first one off the ship. We didn't head out tip 10 and were still able to find 4 lounges and a umbrella. The lagoon was cool and super murky, I still have no idea what people with snorkels were trying to see amidst the gaggle of people floating in overpriced rented inner tubes? The sand was sort of sharp and grainy, more like Maui sand than talcum powder. I was not impressed at all, especially given all the hype on the internet about the Disney Private Island.TIP - stay on the boat! we headed back at 11:30 for lunch and there was no one on Deck 11 and no line at all for the Aquaduck. Had the whole pool deck to ourselves for the whole afternoon while everyone was packed like sardines on the lagoon :)

Private Cabana at Atlantis - COMPLETE WASTE OF $$. The Cabana is located in the Riverbend Section of the Waterpark which is near a restroom and one of the entrances to the current river. It is not near any slides, Kids play area or the beach so you can't be in the Cabana and watching anyone swim -- although you do get a nice view of the useless Lifeguard perched on a chair texting on his phone while kids under the hight requirement for the rapid river are almost drowning underneath a sea of empty rafts. The Cabana is a tented area with a chair and call couch inside, and a highboy/cocktail height table outside with two tall chairs and two chaises. There is a small cabinet with a safe and an empty fridge. I asked for a bottle of water and was told that is "not included" and would be $10.00 each. REALLY ? I have never in my life paid for a cabana and not been given a small cup or bottle of water. The attendant is as useless as the aforementioned lifeguard, and after we were shown were to go, we were not checked in on again for the duration. AVOID !Aquaventure - The Waterpark was OK, there were some slides, a kid's area and a current river which was fun. Towels were scarce and the lifeguards/attendants were useless and would probably get fired from your local pool for incompetence, so you get the idea how that works in a big waterpark. It is very spread out, and a far walk from the bus from the ship drops you ( even longer than the haul from the dock to the street where you get the bus) Wear comfortable shoes! It wasn't worth the price, skip it and have dinner at Remy and Palo instead :)

LOVED this room. The extended balcony was great - although the extended whitewall flailed and whacked open and shut as the ship moved quickly. If you have one of these rooms I would consider Duct tape, or a small bungee or ( insert your own MacGyver style solution here) to try and keep the plywood extender from banging all night. No problem with feeling exposed to guests above and an awesome view of the water's edge over the rail. GREAT views of fireworks and the lower aft location was easy to get to everything. The hallway is private and ends right after this room so there is no foot traffic at all, Room was queen, and sofa with drop down bunk.

We did not eat lunch there and decided to go back to the ship for lunch by the pool instead which was terrific - there was NO ONE at the pool, or on the Aqua Duck - no line at all, walk right on.We just took the Disney Dream 3 night Cruise with stops in :
Nassau -Atlantis Aquaventure / Private Cabana at Atlantis
Castaway Cay- No port activities.
