My wife and I just completed the four day Bahamas/Key West cruise. Service staff was superb all around, but I gave the overall experience just three stars. The food at both the formal dining room and the cafeterias was mediocre at best, perhaps just a tad above a regular cafeteria. I also did not like the "nickle and dime-ing" the customers all the time...extra for soda, a cover charge for going into the Jonny Rocket's hamburger restaurant, etc. The so-called NY Sirloin steak I ordered was no more than 1/4" thick and full of gristle. The prime rib roast carving at the cafeteria was as tough as corned beef, and not as tasty.

Nassau was a big disappointment......most of downtown is undergoing much needed infrastructure repairs, and we had to run the gauntlet of taxi drivers, etc to get into the downtown area. The day spent in Key West was the highlight of the four days, and highly recommended. Cococay was cancelled due to high winds.

If we go again, we will scrutinize the "extras" much better.
