We really love Royal Caribbean, we are Diamond members and take 4 cruises a year with at least 2 on RC and could not wait to go on this new ship. But it was one of the worst cruises we ever ever been on.

First the good news: The ship itself is fantastic, the decor and attractions are incredible. The balcony cabin was terrific, lots of storage, very contemporary and comfortable, good size bathroom (love the regular shower door rather than the "tube" shower on their other ships), and a beautiful large TV. I know there were plenty of tech glitches on the inaugural sailings, but they seem to have worked out most of the bugs now, and the internet/wifi service was amazing! I seldom go for the wifi packages, but this was worth every penny as I was able to keep in touch with my kids and clients etc. Oh and the shows were also incredibly innovative and well done; well beyond anything I've seen anywhere let alone on a cruise ship. Also, the check in procedure was VERY fast and efficient.

Now the bad news:
