Where do I begin..Our luggage was brought to us with a huge rip (hole) in it. They lost our case of water we brought on ship. Food terrible. Service terrible. Overcrowded with pushy people. My family was awoken at 4:30AM from fighting & screaming passengers in the hallway. Security didnt help diffuse it and could not control them. This went on for over an hour. Ruined our next day because we were so tired from not sleeping due to this bizarre and disturbing disruption. Bathrooms on board were filthy.  Went to same bathroom 3 hours later and floor still sticky (never cleaned) Rugs in room were filthy , I complained..they said they would clean and NEVER did. Elevator stunk of throw up. Crazy man in pool, screaming on top of lungs (I recorded) staff did nothing to remove him. Never enough seating for shows or activities. Found hair in my lunch one day. Kids club understaffed and overcrowded.

They do not cater to special needs children like I was told. My youngest (age9) is autistic and they are clueless. The story is too long to get into but lets say she went on the first day for 30 minutes and never wanted to return. My oldest daughter age 11 was not thrilled with the kids club either. She said it was boring. Never went to Stirrup Cay (claimed too windy) so only 1 day in Bahamas. Room service always took at least an hour for a pot of coffee to be delivered. Ordered the $5.00 pizza to our room and they deliver it without any plates. They said they would come right back with them..Still waiting...I called for extra towels, I'm still waiting for them too.(lol) I ended up getting them myself while a bunch of employees were standing around in hallway..If you asked staff for directions somewhere they just pointed and said "that way" looking annoyed that you were bothering them..One show I went to I sat next to a man who looked like he was blowing his nose with no tissue, when show was over his seat was dripping with snot (I still want to throw up thinking about it) Customer service uninterested in rectifying any complaints. We paid for dining plan for "specialty " restaurants. Except for Cagney's they were ALL a huge disappointment. Our balcony room was so small for a family of 4. We were tripping over each other. The pillows were disgusting, all lumpy. My list goes on and on. I will say Rock of Ages was excellent..The only highlight of the trip. I plan on booking tickets to see it on Broadway. Anyway, this was a HORRIBLE experience. My 1st and last cruise. We are truly devastated we wasted the money and a week of vacation for this miserable experience. Also, we just got home and checked our bill and they charged us $400. more than our "final" bill on board. Waiting to call Norwegian in morning when office is open. So still dealing with aggravation even after I am off the cruise!!
