Let me start by saying that even though this wasn't my favorite ship, it was still a great cruise! I'll start with the bad.

1. This ship desperately needs to be dry docked and redone; although it has a lot of the new 2.0 upgrades, it is well worn and needs some major repairs. Some of the railings are in very bad shape, the unused upper bed in our cabin was taped shut and vibrated, there were spots on our cabin floor where it felt like there were rocks or something, like the floor had been damaged and not correctly repair and the lamp shades were peeling to name a few things, plus the ship vibrated more than any other i have been on. It's a very pretty ship but would be even nicer if it had the repairs and upgrades it needs.

2. The service overall was the worst that I have experience on a Carnival ship. Our cabin steward, Jojo was fantastic, the Pixel photographers were awesome as was the staff at Camp Carnival and the guys at Guys Burgers and the Blue Iguana Burrito Bar were always smiling and in a good mood; otherwise everyone seemed grumpy and acted like they didn't want to do there jobs which is not typical on funships. We only ate in the main dining room once and on that one time the service was horrible we never saw a drink waiter and we weren't even offered tea or lemonade.

The cabin was spacious enough for myself, my husband and our daughter but I think adding another person would make it a bit crowded. Like I mentioned above, the spare upper bed was taped shut and vibrated all night, thankfully, I had ear plugs
