Having sailed on many cruises before (all Caribbean cruises with NCL) we were a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews on here about our 5 days / 4 nights cruise to Bruges & Amsterdam.

Well............ we had a great time! Cabin C411 was our home for the duration and our attendant was called Ravlon. NOTHING was too much trouble! Our cabin was spotless, every member of staff we encountered was very helpful, extremely polite and could not do enough for us. The food in our chosen dining room was fantastic! Plenty of choice, piping hot and delicious. The bad reviews on here are a far cry from our personal experience. We could not fault it!

We will certainly be sailing with P&O again in the future. Sorry for those people who had a bad experience..... OUR experience was nothing like the bad reviews. Not ONE single complaint..... even the weather was good to us in Dec / Jan 2014 - 2015
