Wow, what an experience. My family of five have been travelling for may years on various vacations, flying and cruising. The Norwegian Jade is by far the best family vacation we have had. From the time of embarkment till the time of disembarkment, this cruise was just fun fun fun. We have been on other cruises before but the vibe on the Norwegian is one to be remembered forever. We had mini suites seeing that we were gonna be on for 21 days. Extremely comfortable and spacious. My kids (23yrs, 18yrs and 11yrs) made lots of friends, they used to hang out in their cabin quite often as it was quite spacious. the cabins were always very clean and tidy thanks to Marvin. What a pleasant and helpful guy. In fact all the staff of Jade were fantastic. The entire 21 days on the Jade, never had a bad experience with any of them. They were always helpful and smiling, something we admired about Norwegian. All the staff members are allowed to be themselves, from the silly, to over- enthusiastic, nutcases, to lady-boys to absolute entertainers. Even sterilizing your hands before entering any eateries was entertaining, "Washy washy happy happy." Unlike other cruise lines, were the staff were a bit stiff. Our eating plan was free style. The best option I must admit. Variety at its best, from Teppinyaki, Italian to an awesome steakhouse. The Garden Court had a variety of food, to satisfy all taste buds. The entertainment was fantastic. The shows at stardust theatre was excellent. The funny games and activities going on at the Spinnaker Lounge was hilarious. The house band were awesome. Always initiating a party vibe. My kids were cannot stop talking about the cruise, They had such a blast. I can go on and on about this cruise. Just go on one and you'll be hooked. Planning another cruise with them for end 2015.
