We had a wonderful time on this cruise! The cruise director, Leslie, was very good - humorous without being "cheesy" like the directors on many cruises I have been on. The evening entertainment was excellent, with something for everyone (comedy, magic, acrobatics, big productions.) We found a singing group, Great Ideas, that we really liked and made it a point to drop in on their performances. There was a good variety of activities (deck parties, trivia games, dancing, sports, etc.) The service was generally good, except for the dining room staff, which was slow and inattentive at times. Our cabin steward, Roberto, was great! He went to a lot of trouble to decorate my cabin for my Birthday, complete with a towel cake "sculpture." Having visited all but one of the ports several times, we toured on our own instead of booking excursions through the ship. As a relatively frequent cruiser (this is my 15th), this cruise compared favorably with others I have been on, especially in light of the very reasonable cost.
