I went on this cruise with quite low expectations but would cruise with Fred again. In fact, already booked next January on Braemar from Jamaica to Barbados.

The ship was beautiful, the staff very friendly and efficient, and the food, in Grampian, ranged from good to excellent. We enjoyed playing Bridge on sea days and met lots of very nice people, sharing a large table with a pleasant and entertaining group. The weather was mixed, but after all, it was December!

The shows weren't great - some were ok - but the performers were enthusiastic and the late show rounded off our evenings well. We thought the drinks package was good value, but would have preferred more variety.

Cabin Review

Cabin De luxe balcony

Beautiful cabin, wonderful bathroom. Only downside (which didn't bother us) was lots of movement and creaking when the sea was rough. It was quite well soundproofed which was fortunate as it's almost next to the Observatory bar.
