Four of us sailed on the Reflection which is a beautiful and comfortable ship decorated with soft peaceful colors. The crew was fantastic, all very friendly and fun. Even the officers got involved with activities. Alexander was our cruise director. He has a fun, humorous, intelligent and perky personality with his colorful suits and cute saying at the end of performances, (They're good, right?). Jaimie, the Activities Manager was lively and bubbly and did a great job of getting everyone excited.
The dining room and Oceanview Cafe were very good. Our waiter, Alfred and his assistant Antonio Colon were very attentive and on top of everything service oriented.
One thing that impressed me was the amount of places to sit and be comfortable. The chairs and lounge chairs are padded and conducive to relaxing, reading and napping.
The cabin was nice with plenty of space but not enough drawer space. The description says there's a sofa but there was not so we had one desk chair and one regular chair so it was a little uncomfortable.
