This was our first cruise with Princess and it will be our last. So many maintenance issues made our time on the ship uncomfortable.

First of all, the A/C wasn't working in most areas. Our cabin was okay as we had an inside room on a lower deck, but two of the couples traveling with us had upper deck balcony rooms which got very hot. The Da Vinci dining room was cool, but the Horizon buffet was very hot, the whole trip.

When I inquired about the A/C at the front desk, I was told that everyone, including the crew, was complaining about it. The guy said it was because the water was so warm there (Mexico)! We live where it gets hot, but our A/C works just fine, even when it's 112 degrees outside!
