Three key situations that contributed to an endless list of problems. 1. Avalon knew before we left Paris that the cruise would be interrupted by weather and did not communicate that to us. 2. The actual experience on the boat did not match advertised quality. 3.The accommodations provided once the cruise was interrupted were substandard which were otherwise promised in writing.
