Cruising Saone River from Lyon to Belleville
Lyon, lots of lovely outdoor cafes, wonderful food
Papal Palace in Avignon

This trip was wonderful from start (Lyon) to finish (Arles). Our cruise manager, Dejan, looked after everything and everyone from our pre-cruise start in Paris to our post-cruise finish in Barcelona.

The tours were well planned, informative and well executed.

The hotel accommodation at both ends was lovely.

Cabin Review

Stateroom with French Balcony

Cabin C

While the space is smaller than we are used to when travelling there was more than enough space for our clothing and to store our luggage. The views out our window were great; we could open the door for fresh air. The beds were comfortable. It was perfect.

Port Reviews

Lyon

My husband did this tour. They had numerous tastings and it looks like most folks bought some wine and brought it back to the ship.

Lyon

Very pretty.

Lyon

This is a bus tour that took us through the city, around Bellecour Square, up the hill to the Basilica and a walking tour through Old Lyon. My husband did the Beaujolais vineyards as well.

Lyon

Such a beautiful old church. It sits atop a hill overlooking all of Lyon. Spectacular views.

Lyon

An interesting history of Old Lyon. A very knowledgeable guide walked us through the area describing what we were looking at. It was fascinating and not too long a walk. Very enjoyable.

Lyon

What's not to like about a wine tasting. Very knowledgeable people reviewing the wine process.

Paris

Very good tour. Combination walking and bussing.

Paris

Saw Mona Lisa, Winged Victory, Venus de Milo. Unbelievable frescoes on the ceiling. The Louvre is an enormous museum and thousands of pieces of art.
