My wife and I have been on a couple of ocean cruises and enjoyed them very much but none of them come close to the enjoyment of a Viking River Cruise.
We enjoyed that it was a smaller group of people and you were actually able to visit at meals and on the excursions. We met a lot of nice people and made some new friends.
The food was wonderful for all 3 meals and you never had to search for a place to sit. The entire crew was always friendly and helpful at all times and always made you feel very welcome.

Veranda Stateroom
The cab and bathroom was very comfortable and functional. On room had a Veranda which was nice. We didn't spend much time in the room other than changing and sleeping.
