Have just returned from the Colourful Coasts cruise from Tenerife. This was the best option for us as we wanted to fly from Bristol - daughter, son in law and granddaughter were coming by ferry to me in Bristol from their home in Southern Ireland. This was their first cruise but I have travelled extensively with other cruise lines (Princess, RCI, MSC and NCL).

The flight was very good and arrived in Tenerife around 7 pm, the transfer to the cruise terminal took 40 mins and check-in went very smoothly, we were in our cabins within twenty minutes and our luggage arrived very soon afterward.

We had booked two Inside Plus Cabins on Deck 4 (4058 and 4060). They were very spacious with plenty of drawer space, two wardrobes, a fridge, TV and safe (fee payable for this!) and the bathroom, although small was adequate for our needs. Having caught a glimpse of Outside Cabins opposite us we felt they were no bigger than our cabins, the only difference being the window. Our cabin steward, Julius, was such a cheerful chap, always smiling and happy and he kept the cabins spotless through the cruise.

Cabin Review

Cabin Inside Plus

Worth the upgrade to Inside Plus. Plenty of storage and wardrobe space, tea and coffee making facilities a bonus. Nice fridge. Safe - think this should be free (cost £15 for the week) Bathroom small but adequate for needs.

Julius - cabin steward - did an excellent job in keeping cabins spotless at all times.
