We did a 13 day cruise beginning in Budapest and ending in Prague Well worth the money for the extended days on each end. The Intercontinental Hotel was beautiful with a very friendly staff. We chose an optional tour called A Taste of Hungary and it's a must. The ship and its staff were great and lots of fun. Food was very tasty with a nice variety. Each day there was an included city tour and then we were off to explore. Each tour guide spoke English and was very knowledgeable. Felt very safe every where we went. Each town had its own uniqueness and beauty. The many churches and castles are beyond words. Our cabin was very nice sized with a breathtaking view of the countryside or on of the many locks. We are already planning our next trip, this time on the Rhine and we will be on Avalon again!!
