Excellent service. Breathtaking Christmas markets in Germany, France, and Switzerland. Extension in Basel and Lucerne were well worth the time and expense, also. Ship staff was excellent. Pickup and departures went smoothly. Our head waiter, Goran, was superb. Front desk as well as soon staff very responsive. Our tour direction, Polina, was very informative and worked to be flexible to meet our group's requests. Cabin. and ship was decorated for the holiday season and was tastefully done. Food choices were excellent and varied widely. Numerous options were made to peak our interests, with most covered at no extra expenses. Weather was cold, as expected, but still all trips were still made, even when the port was needed to be changed on one of our stops. The Captain and Hotel Manager were gracious hosts. This is our second Uniworld trip, and plan to take another soon. Uniworld is a great choice that we highly recommend.
