The cruise was average with amenities and food quality. Main Dining room food was better but service was frequently poor quality-we had to wave down our servers-they were not very attentive except for one or two out of 10+ times eating in there for breakfast and dinner. The hostess was rude and ignored our requests to sit near Windows. The specialty dining was great - thank God we did that 4 times. Entertainment was good.

The cruise transfer service left our luggage (9 pieces) out in the Venice rain storm for about 30 minutes while we sat on the bus. Although the bus was half full, they said there was no room for them and another bus would pick them up. We would get them at terminal--which we waited there in the rain for about 45 mnutes. Each time a bus dropped off passengers and luggage in the parking lot we had to run out there to see if they had ours but they did not. So we complained to one if the terminal leads and they worked to get our luggage delivered to the ship. My clothes were wet at the top of the suitcase and i complained to customer service and they would not correct at transfer cost for this blunder and i was not open to free food..total lack of customer concern!

We scheduled our own tours and they were great and personalzed for just our group of 6.
