To try a BIG SHIP. We found the boarding procedure was quick and easy, but we are crown and anchor members!!! We overheard a lot of people complaining re queueing in the hot sun for a couple of hours. We found if you hadn't pre-booked ANY entertainment or dining preferences before boarding you missed out. There were queues for everything. We found the food at Windjammers to be tasty with a lot of variety. We also found you REALLY had to watch what guest services were putting on your account and that most of the staff had no idea of where to order basic Evian water from, we found any sort of omplaint was brushed off and that the staff were very unhelpful, bordering on being rude! We also had problems with the automatic toilets which flushed when you were still using them and then wouldn't flush when you needed them to. No-one explained the little pictures of a door opening (which was located 3-6 feet away from the doors) were to open the toilet doors and many people had trouble opening them until word spread among the 4600 passengers of what to do.

We found the live shows to be excellent and the bar staff very friendly and helpful. Well done boys of Two 70. Also well done to the staff in Windjammer in trying to find tables to eat at. Our opinion of a BIG SHIP is that there were just too many people and not enough lifts for everyone. We walked up and down so many stairs even carrying our own luggage because the queues were so long and trying to fight your way in was NOT funny. Overall if you don't like being pushed and shoved, queueing don't go on a big ship. Our cabin was toward the aft and we had to walk over approx. 100 mtrs. to get to either lifts or stairs. The virtual moving butterflies were awe inspiring. We also found the ship rocked and rolled quite heavily in higher seas 8/9 mtr. swells. We were on deck 11.
