We went with a group of friends for our first trip to the Caribbean. Overall, it was a very nice cruise and Viking did a good job. The embarkation from airport to ship was one of the smoothest we have experienced. Our room steward was wonderful! Any requests we had were met in a timely manner. The food in the main restaurant was good but we sensed that some of the servers were new and not as attentive as we would have expected.

The wine and beer selections included at lunch and dinner were very good. The sushi bar in the World Cafe was phenomenal.

The "included"excursions were just bus rides through the less desirable areas of the islands. Read more
