Well maintained by very hard working cabin crew, Bay Window and and square window, plenty of light.
Double bed(two singles combined), Kept clean and straightened every day and turned down on an evening with chocolates on the pillow. Settee which can convert, coffee table with fresh fruit every day. On suite Bath/Shower- great power on the shower, fresh towels when needed. Walk in wardrobe with Bathrobes for slim people.
Only watch out if your a light sleeper Deck 10 above is the pool & Buffet area and the party night is on til late and the early morning staff putting out tables/Chairs and loungers can be heard

The Gardens were beautiful and the guide was very informative, Spectacular views and unusual plants.

The cable car was a great ride and very smooth, wonderful views. Watch out for the steep cobbled walking areas to the cable car

This was left to the winery but no information or talk. The Madeira was Medium Dry- not to my taste and a sweet which was lovely. The cake they also gave was very nice.

Transferred by coach to Catamaran, where we were greeted and offered Sangria, beer or other drinks.  Wonderful crossing to Isle of Losbos nature reserve, found a private cove (husband and I)and spent an hour relaxing, others went to the bigger beach.  Came back to catamaran which we had to cross to in another smaller boat which we had used to get to island from Catamaran. We had opportunity to swim, had lunch which was supplied, very enjoyable and more to drink. a small trip around the island on catamaran to see the extinct crater which made the island and back to land. Quite chilly when your on the the catamaran but had undercover area- need to take something warm.

Lovely Coach tour with stops to enjoy the views at the Bandama Crater

Spectacular views, more time on coach to reach the Volcano and restaurant at peak, Camel ride is worth a go, not too scary to get on as your in pairs, hardest part was coming downhill and when camel knelt down to get off. Interesting to see the heat demonstrations with straw burning and water shooting up, then watching as the cooked lunch if you were staying on an open barbecue which was heated by the magma chamber under you.

There is 2 seated restaurants, great food and entertainment from the singing waiters, 2 Buffet restaurants on deck 10, full english breakfast, continental,breakfast including ham and cheese, Cereals and fruits, also a Egg station for freshly made omelettes/or egg dishes and another for fresh pancakes and waffles.Full selection for Lunch & Dinner which changed daily included curries, pasta dishes, rice , fries and veg and an extra selection which could be wok cooked dishes or carved meat.
