We choose this ship after originaly being booked on Oasis of the Seas because it had the slides for the kids and it was not 10 years old.

The check in was the best I have every experienced on a cruise ship. For 5000 people we were on board within 15 minutes after exiting the cab. BTW do not pay for transportation from the airport it is a 15 minute cab ride and was about $20. Also go when you want not the assigned time and you can check in.

On the ship you immediately notice the size when stepping onto the royal promenade. We headed up to the windjammer for some lunch. Lunch was ok it had the normal stuff but like other cruises the food was the same every day in the windjammer so it got old quick. Read more
