Ive been looking to do a Mediterranean cruise for a while and I liked this one because of the itinerary plus it was new. The down part to the sailing was originally it had Valletta,Malta and Kusadasi, Turkey on the itinerary and after I booked it they changed the itinerary to go to Kotor, Montenegro and Corfu, Greece instead. Eventhough the replacement ports were amazing, I still had my heart set on Malta and Kusadasi. A few passengers I've talked to felt the same way.

We had a suite because there were four of us, my husband and I plus our two boys 15 and 10. My 10 year old loved the kids zone and went there a few times. Sometimes he wanted to go but they were closed. They had play station, crafts, painting, he loved it. My 15 year old spent alot of his time at the basketball court. Although he loved the basketball, the court also had an area for tennis or raquetball and seemed if you wanted to play basketball you had to make way for other balls coming your way.

The crew was amazing. The sit down dining was wonderful. No Complaints. The Marketplace for breakfast, lunch and dinner was ok but not the greatest. Had a hard time finding things in an order. Seemed the food was not "set" up correctly, like you had to search everywhere to get one thing because the plan was flowing. The food options seemed to be geared for the Asians, and for someone who doesnt like Asian food too much, I was a little disappointed. Some foods didnt even look familiar to me. Desserts were good but I think they should have more food options.

Cabin Review

Cabin Mini suite balcony

Loved the cabin size and balcony. Warning, if you have the balcony open and the cabin door at the same time and you release the door, the cabin door slams. I always heard cabin doors slamming. The space was large enough for all 4 of us. The sofa turned into a twin bed and the 2nd twin was brought down from the ceiling. Our side (king bed) and the boys side had a tv in each section. We had to negotiate on the volume a little becuase 2 tvs in one room was difficult to hear.

Port Reviews

Taormina (Messina)

We did a city bus tour but wished we didnt. We walked in the city mostly but the bus tour dropped us at this great spot for pictures. There was a church there but they never told us it was closed. The bus dropped us off and didnt come back until 30 minutes later but the bus was too full so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Dont recommend then at all.

Kotor

Great way to see a little more of the country. They took us on a boat to a different island and we did a little museum and church tour. When we got back we climbed up the wall that has over 1100 steps and if you have the energy and time to do it, I highly recommend it, The view is amazing.

Mykonos

What a beautiful island. Princess charged 10 dollars per person for a shuttle to the city but I did not know this but there was a 2.50 water taxi we couldve taken instead. great place for pictures and eating!
