We used the Queen Mary 2 as transportation from Europe (Southampton) back to North America (New York) and for that it was OK... Would I book a cruise on the QM2 - NO
Found the food to be only OK... poor selection in the buffet compared to other cruise lines especially at night.
Most nights are very formal and found the fellow passengers to be less friendly than on other mid stream cruise lines....
