We chose this cruise, with a little bit of trepidation, because we had booked the Indian Pacific and it fit in with that schedule, plus we had never been into Broome before. It turned out to be an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and everything about the ship. Everyone was friendly and the crew were excellent as they always are. The activities on board were great and the quizzes were amusing and most enjoyable. Marius, one of the entertainment staff, conducted our choir, which was great. He has the most fantastic laugh and sense of humour. The dining room was a little off, not the best food and system of booking but the buffet-style up top was extremely well done. Plenty of choice, even for me who is a vegan. I liked the idea of being served rather than a free for all. A much more sanitary way.

Cabin Review

Cabin suite

Our cabin, a suite, was excellent. Coffee machine (pods), plenty of tea, bottled water (free), comfy beds and lounge area. The balcony was huge, two sun lounges and 4 chairs around a dining table. The bathroom, however, was a bit of a let down. There was a shower over a spa bath which needed replacing. We never used the bath. We would much prefer a separate shower. Good amenities and towels.

Port Reviews

Perth (Fremantle)

Easy city to walk around.

Broome

Hot, but an interesting place to visit.

Exmouth

Not a lot there, but we didn't take the shuttle into Exmounth proper.
