Embarkation was the poorest we have ever experiences in all our years travelling with Celebrity. The "priority line" was a joke. It took over an hour to check in and when complete it took them almost another 10 minutes to locate our cards. The head of Guest Relations made one excuse after another. Disembarkation was great...no wait especially being Elite.
The ship is okay for being as old as it is.
Our cabin service was great. Location on the back end was the only reason we took this cruise other than itinerary.
