Just got off 5night South East Asia cruise, leaving Singapore for Penang, Langkwai, and Phuket ports before returning to Singapore.

It was our first time on Royal Caribbean ships, and the Voyager of the Seas was a nice ship, 20 years old, but very clean and well maintained. The crew were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them, they work very hard.

We ate mainly in the dining room on the late sitting for dinner, food was good, can't say it was fantastic, we were with our friends who had never cruised before, and they thought the food was fantastic, as we have done several cruises (mainly with Princess lines) we didn't think the food was up to their standard. We considered going to the speciality restaurants, but the dining room wasn't that bad, some nights better than others, but that may just be the choices of meals we made.

Cabin Review

Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

We had balcony cabin, was really lovely.

Port Reviews

Penang

Easy to walk from cruise port to centre of Georgetown.

Langkawi

Just caught a taxi into central town, and walked the beaches and some shops.

Phuket

Did the Panorama tour from ship, very good.

Singapore

Easy to get MRT from port to anywhere in Singapore. Taxis cheap too.
