Was very nervous before we went on cruise. need not have worried. embarkation was a thrill champagne etc. wow!. Stateroom was gorgeous but one bed not enough three singles soon brought to us. tea making facilities most welcome. shower room was great for my wheelchair bound daughter. our attendants Jose and William treated us wonderful. every crew member from Captain downwards were so polite and caring.
Que the entertainment director was friendly. Food in moonlight sonata exquisite. our waiting staff a joy. Andreea and myoman (pronounced yeoman made my birthday wonderful. so did Karol and Leon and Dennis and Daryl. nothing too much. and they cut up Lisa's food for her. the trips ashore were easy access why do our transport here not cater for disabled when the other countries do.
if something was not right it was quickly sorted. Theatre was wheelchair friendly.

7141 is wheelchair friendly lovely shower room clean and spacious. but please when three people order a stateroom offer either a double bed and a proper single bed not the sofa put u up! We did get three single beds after saying the sofa bed was not right for us or daughter it was too low. what great service they attended to this problem in minutes well done Jose. love the private balcony there was often not room on deck 14 for sunbathing so this was great addition. love the chocolate on our pillow every night clean towels too. think the water far too expensive especially as we have tea making items in room.
