From the first day to the last day it was everything perfect .
The cabin it was nice , the crew it was perfect and the food it was delicious.
The organization it was excellent.
For one week you can see a lot of beautiful places like Santorini, Kusadasi, Mikonos, Heracleon , Milos, Athens , and from all this places you can enjoy in beautiful ...
We are regular travelers but usually we take trips on our own: treks, road trips, clubs with personal excursions... We found a cruise offer on the internet and decided to give it a try! Friends who were fans of this type of trip had told us about their experiences and, despite a rather negative a priori, we tried! We have to admit that it was a perfect trip! We really liked the ship with superb ...
We have Just got off our Celestyal Journey 7 night Idyllic Aegean cruise in Athens and have been blown away by how much we have enjoyed ourselves… we cannot wait to cruise with Celestyal again!
We originally booked their 3 continents cruise because it ticked Egypt and the Pyramids off our bucket list. Having previously cruised with some of the big cruise lines (RCCL, NCL, Princess, Disney, ...
There were 591 on this cruise (ship accommodates about 675) with a crew of about 400. This is considered an upscale line and ship and it is. The ship and crew did a fine job. The food was excellent and much better than most of their competitors, but they could use some menu additions and modifications. We love azamara and love the quest and you will too. This ship was apparently overhauled about ...
We wanted to see parts of South America. We enjoyed the food and service. The excursions were pricey so we did most touring on our own in ports. In Ponte Del Este, we obtained a private driver and toured the whole area including a visit to casa Pueblo, which was amazing. We took the ship’s excursion to see Christ the Redeemer and the beaches. On the way back to the ship. The bus driver lost ...
This was our 4th Norweigan ship and cruise. Out of 20 cruises sailed this was the worst ship we have ever been on. The venues for the shows were small, the layout of the ship was noisy, and the food was cold or overdone, more often than not. The entertainment was repeated and not that great of quality. A large casino , but prices of buyins were high so tables sat empty a lot. Speciality ...
This ship is very old and outdated. Poor condition, rust on bathroom wall and the balcony area. The interior was old and worn out and not very appealing as it was dark and dreary. While inside the ship during the day you felt like it was nightime. the food was just average with limited places to eat lunch or breakfast. The entertainment was just so-so and limited for a long 16 day cruise. The ...
We chose this cruise because it was a great price and we loved the ports prior to the transatlantic crossing. Here are some bullet points of our disappointment:
When I entered my stateroom there was duct tape on the vent in the shower room and the toilet room.
There was lots of rust all around the ship, including our balcony.
There were ceiling tiles falling down in one of ...
The wonderful crew, fun excursions and for the most part good food could not make up for the most uncomfortable cabin I have ever experienced. I had been on this ship before but in an ADA cabin for someone with a motorized wheelchair. On this cruise I was in a regular balcony cabin. We had not gotten an ADA cabin but told Norwegian that we needed to be near the elevator because my cabin ...
This was our first cruise, an 11 night Eastern Mediterranean itinerary, & we booked it for a great price without knowing too much about the industry at first. Reading other reviews of the Epic on this site we were slightly worried, but we needn't have been - the ship is fantastic, & we couldn't have asked for better.
Looking at the detail of others' criticisms it seems many of the issues being ...
