While the staff and service was excellent, the very expensive excursions were mediocre at best. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Wonderful cruise around Japan on Riviera. The redone ship is beautiful. The redone cabin and bathroom are top notch with tons of storage! I had empty drawers in both my room and in the bathroom. We have been very pleased with our suite. We were upgraded to a queens grill penthouse. ALTHOUGH WE PROBABLY HAD OVERPAID INITIALLY BECAUSE WE BOOKED WELL IN advance and prices were later reduced!
