Best Cocktails: Southern Caribbean
Sand at your toes, sun in your face& what could be better than relaxing on a Southern Caribbean beach? - Relaxing on a Southern Caribbean beach with a frosty drink in your hand! To save you from sampling all the drinks yourself (what work!) we've complied a list of the Best Cocktails of the Southern Caribbean.

Antigua - Order the Antigua Cavalier Rum (made on the island) and Coke at Millers by the Sea (Runaway Beach), its happy hour is the best in town.

Aruba - Aruba Aruba (made of vodka, 151 proof rum, fruit punch, orange liqueur and banana liqueur). Try it at Iguana Joe's Café, right next to the port of Aruba (open from 11 a.m.).

Curacao - Sample genuine Curacao liqueur (produced in Chobolobo, a 17th century plantation house); belly up to Wet 'n Wild (Seaquarium Beach) and order drinks like the Blue Lagoon, Zombie, Bleeding Heart and Fuzzy Pirate.

Dominica - Kubuli, Dominican-produced beer, is made with the island's natural spring water. Try it at Wykie's Tropical Bar, 51 Old St. in Roseau.

Jost Van Dyke - Painkiller. Legend has it that this delicious -- and potent -- cocktail was invented by bartenders at Josts Soggy Dollar Bar. The true Painkiller is made with Pussers dark rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, orange juice -- and freshly grated nutmeg on top.

Nevis - Killer Bee -- a drink consisting of rum and other "secret" ingredients -- best known at Sunshine's Bar on Pinney's Beach

San Juan - The Parrot Passion at the hotter-than-hot Parrot Club (363 Fortaleza). The concoction at this nuevo-Latino-style bistro consists of passionfruit, orange and lemon-fused Puerto Rican rum.

St. Barts - A Kronenbourg at Le Select, Jimmy Buffet's favorite bar/sidewalk cafe.

St. Kitts - CSR & Ting -- Cane Spirits Rothschild (CSR) is a sweet liquor made from fresh sugar cane; Ting is a grapefruit soda. Best place? The Ballyhoo Restaurant in downtown Basseterre.

St. Lucia - Locally-brewed Piton Beer. Try it at The Lime, a popular restaurant and nightclub in Rodney Bay.
