Opera Review - First Glimpse
The soon-to-be-renamed Opera has become the flagship of the Louis fleet (after replacing Sea Diamond), entering service in July 2007. This 25,611-ton, 1,096-passenger ship was built in 1992 as Sally Albatross and is probably best known to Americans as NCL's Leeward. The largest, and by far the most modern ship in the Louis fleet, it features a wider range of public rooms and cabins than the line's other ships.
