Our cabin was very nice. Had a sofa, which made it nice not to have to sit on the bed for everything. Storage was abundant. Shelves in the closet, drawers and cabinets surrounded the vanity. Bathroom had ample space, shower is tight, but showerhead is great with good water pressure and hot water. The refrigerator didn't get as cold as we would have liked, but by the end of the trip the drinks were better than room temperature. LOL Read Less

Underwhelming : Cabin 9293
Sail Date: November 2018
Cabin had a noise with intermittent banging in the wall. We were reassigned to another cabin, 8535 after complaining. The room was average, but clean.

Dated but kept mostly clean. We noticed because we had them pull the beds apart and there was stuff on the carpet that made it look like it wasn't vacuumed. ?? Jean Carlo was our cabin attendant. We thought he was great.

My older sister and I had an interior cabin, and my mom and younger sister had an ocean view. Looking at the floor plan, our cabins were right down the hall from each other. Come to find out, there is two floor galley smack in the middle of our cabins. Therefore to get from one cabin to the other, we had to walk up two floors, walk all the way through the casino, then walk back down two floors to get to their cabin. It was the most annoying, ridiculous, and frustrating thing I think I have ever experienced on a cruise. By the end of the cruise we still did not have it down pat of "which side of the ship are we on? Are we by our cabin? Or your cabin?". For the room itself, here is my advice: keep it as neat possible! Make use of the closets and drawers, and put everything away before you leave, just like you would at home. The cabins are small, obviously, you're on a boat. So imagine having clothes and bags laying all over the place? Makes it feel so much more cramped. Our interior was more updated than any of our families ocean view cabins which was interesting. Therefore, I liked our room much better. My mom's room had a very musty smell from the carpeting, older cabinets, an older fridge, and older finishes in the bathroom. But our room was more fresh and clean, which I really enjoyed. The only bad thing is the bathroom. I am used to small bathrooms on ships, but the showers had doors instead of a curtain I am used to, so that takes so much space away form the bathroom. I banged my elbow on the door atleast twice a day just trying to get ready in there. Wish they would change that, then the bathroom wouldn't be that bad. I wish I remembered our room steward's name, because he always said hi when we passed through the hallway, and got our cabin made up so quickly. We would call for wine glasses, and he would come immediately. Always had a smile. Read Less

Awesome! Juan (our cabin steward) was phenomenal. He made up our room basically every time we left - which was AMAZING. I was afraid about not having a window (wife wanted an interior cabin because she was afraid that seeing the ocean would make her sea-sick), but I really didn't notice. Could have use more water pressure in the shower, but everything was great. Read Less
