From the time we got off the flight until we got back on the flight Viking held our hand all the way. The Viking crew was excellent. Everything about the trip was first class. We started our cruise with a 2 day stay in Amsterdam which was good as we had plane departure problems at JFK and then missed a connecting flight at Heathrow and arrived in Amsterdam later than planned.
