The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Worst. Experience. Ever. I can’t believe I spent money on this!

Review for a Caribbean - Southern Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

I have never been treated more poorly by individuals who were supposed to be providing me with a service. The security on the ship is absolutely abysmal. There is zero care or concern for the safety and well-being of guests, there is flagrant misuse of authority and absolutely unbecoming conduct by several higher ranking crew members. The food was low quality and cold. Much of the ship was ...

I thought by taking a twelve day cruise rather than flying to the southern caribbean would be a good idea. But what turned out to be seven days on this boat was a bad mistake. This ship is old and very very warm down. Who can afford to take a twelve day cruise old people!. It's very worn-out and in a upgrade despitely. As for the crew they did the best they could do with what they had to deal ...

Chose this cruise last minute as we were in Baltimore. Its been a few years since we sailed Royal. We are Emerald members. This old ship should be seriously docked permanently. the ship is rusted and smelly. Carpets need to Our cabin was next to a Utility room and every night we heard rumbling noises from our shower. And the smell of sewer. Bringing this up to our attendant and Guest Services was ...

Very disappointing and fraught with issues and inequitable compensation for cruisers

This cruise had ship issues (freezing cold cabins and common areas) at the beginning of the cruise (first day and 1/2). The cruise staff did not communicate, and cruisers found out there was an issue when making calls to maintenance. One call we made to maintenance went unheeded although they promised to send someone to our cabin. We had 3 cabins and Royal provided credits two of our cabins at ...

Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

We chose this ship for a 5Day cruise from Baltimore to Bermuda. With no flight involved (we live local to New Jersey) the port at Baltimore made it convenient to cruise. FIRST - I must say the Crew on the ship was amazing! Every single one of them works so very hard. From the room and restaurant attendants, Bar & Restaurant employees, Entertainment staff, even the bathroom attendants & the ...

Stick to Carnival

We usually cruise on Carnival but thought we’d give Royal Caribbean a try. What a mistake. This ship is old and dirty. It needs a makeover. It smells. The rooms are tiny. The cruise assistants are so unhelpful. Every question we asked we got the response absolutely not. We purchased 2 very expensive cabanas for the Bahamas. They didn’t put us next to each other and told us we had to ask ...

If you don't care what you eat and like all your food overcooked, you will love this ship. We took the Oasis of the Seas back in February. I sent an 8 page review to the executive offices. I got a form letter and some girl who read from a script, called me. TAKE THE CARNIVAL OUT OF BALTIMORE. We had an owner's suite, no less. Furniture looked like it was from a second hand store; outside ...

Went on a 7 day cruise out of Baltimore to Bermuda. The trip progressively got worse to the point we finally got off in Bermuda and flew home. Started with cold hot dogs and burgers with 40+ mile per hour winds on the top deck. The buns were hard on the edges and you could hit them against the table top like a hockey puck. Went to arcade with nine year old to play video games at $2 per game. ...

The Worst Cruise EVER!

We were really looking forward to this cruise. It was the first one for our 4yr old and our first one on RCI. We came with a VERY large party, reserving 6 cabins for our group alone. All in all we paid 1.5 times the amount we normally pay with Carnival per person but thought we were getting a better experience with RCI since we had done all the Carnival cruises by now. Baltimore was beautiful ...
