We were originally booked on a Panama and Alaska cruises but due to problems with visas had to cancel and re-book the Mediterranean. This caused a few problems with transferring of deposits which were originally refused but nicely resolved by Princess in Sydney (thanks).

The ship was certainly impressive in appearance, the entertainment was good in the theatre, the service all-round was excellent especially in the MDR and Piazza bar area.
The food was good in the MDR every night. Dined at Harmony the food was tasty but not sure its worth the additional supplement. The marketplace (horizon court) where we had breakfast each morning was a little disjointed, ...

Internet is a rip off .... and be careful to ensure that you log off completely if using the 80c per minute service on your phone. I had to report to the Internet Manager about this problem. A very grumpy individual and barely spoke a word to me.
The gratuity of 13.50 daily really is too high. ...
