We were really excited to be going on the Costa Fortuna cruise ship. We arranged for the appropriate visas for Cambodia, travel insurance and up to date passports as these were required documentations BY COSTA, otherwise you would be denied boarding the cruise. Chose Costa because we’ve tried Royal Caribbean and P& O so wanted to try a different cruise line and because of the value for money it offered.

I had high hopes about my first cruise with Costa. Needless to say they were wasted.
This 2 week cruise was part of a six week package which incuded 4 weeks with P&O.
Information about the Costa cruise line was sparse as my booking agent had not had dealings with them before.

Went on Costa Fortuna for about 2 weeks (2 adults 2 children) just came back. We have great things to say about the staff in restaurants, buffet and room service. The food was good and catered for food allergies. Although that’s it for the positives the rest was terrible. Spa manager was very rude, not all the gym classes booked online are available on ship. I booked back to back cruises on Fortuna over Christmas. After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit wary but I loved all of the 2 weeks onboard. Having cruised mainly on Princess (where it's impossible to get a chair for coffee in the atrium), it was wonderful to sit and enjoy coffees on deck 3. The atrium on Fortuna has a glass roof on deck 11 and glass elevators all the way to deck 2. ...

Rooms were great like most cruise ships, clean and always well looked after by our stewart.
