Worst cruise of my life

Review for a Cuba Cruise on MSC Armonia

Let me just say that I have been on more than 30 cruises and 10 cruise lines and this was by far the worst boat and cruise company I’ve ever gone with. Firstly, I walk into the room and I immediately got sick. I will preface this by saying that the boat is older (found out after booking) and I have mold allergies. I walked right to the bathroom and noticed that the shower floor was covered in ...

In my new Cruise I decided to try MSC and we wanted to have at least one stop in Cuba. The desapointment started when I bought the Ticket. A mispelling in my email and it was impossible for me to change anything in my reservation. Arriving in the cruise the check in, the informations are poor. The only thing the want is to sell you the drink package. The security instructions failed because ...

I booked with MSC because my main intention of travel was to visit Havana and the price that MSC offered for 7 nights is very good !! I took the MSC Armonia from Cozumel to Cozumel, Mexico The boarding process in Cozumel is horrible since the shipping company does not open the check-in until after 1:00 pm so there is huge line of people waiting under the sun and heat of the island. I was ...

DO NOT GO to MSC Armonia or MSC cruises

Review for a Cuba Cruise on MSC Armonia

Absolutly DO NOT GO to MSC Armonia or MSC cruises. The ship is very old, needs to be refurbished at all or get retired. When we sailed the sea was quite calmed but the ship moved a lot, some people even got move-sick. We’ve sailed in many other cruises of other companies before and I can asure you that we didn’t feel the movement. The entertainig activities and the shows were poor, except the ...

Pleasant Cruise with Attentive Staff

We chose MSC as they were the only line to depart from Cozumel, a short journey from where we live in Mexico. Having trawled through a lot of quite negative reviews, we were not expecting an especially great experience in Armonia, but were very pleasantly surprised. The food is very good, the service excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. The ship is 65000 tonnes and has quite a ...

Terrible

We chose the itinerary because it leaves from Cozumel, where we reside. The ship is operated by italians but we only had contact with three older gentlemen who supervise the dining service as well as possible. Many of the service crew and front desk comes from Lithuania and other East European countries and their English is poor. The ship’s security personnel which controls the access are ...

Western Caribbean Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Dream

I take a cruise around Halloween with a large group of singles via a company that specializes in this type of trip. I had never been to New Orleans and a few tips there: taxi or Uber is fastest but also most expensive so use the airport shuttle if time is not an issue. As for the city visit the old, whole in the wall places if you want a real taste of New Orleans cuisine and sample the ...

This was a family cruise, it was myself, my husband and my nephew and his wife and his family. I've only ever been on 1 other cruise line in my life, and it was a great experience, this cruise however I wasn't thrilled with. We had a weird, loud, knocking noise in the wall of our cabin room at different hours of the night when we were trying to sleep. It would last anywhere from 30 seconds to a ...

Amazing Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Oasis of the Seas

I chose Royal Caribbean because they offer a lot of activities on their ships. This time we took The Oasis of the Seas out of Ft Lauderdale. Boarding the ship was quick and efficient. I preordered by wi-fi and was given the access code with my key room. *If you are interested in Wi-Fi, preorder it. The cruise line gave a 30%-40% discount. The ship is huge, it holds 6,000 passengers. Normally ...

25th anniversary cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Carnival Magic

We did this cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary. We picked this cruise because 2 of our kids, not actually but we adopted them anyway, were working on this ship. We are not fans of the Western Caribbean and haven't been there in several years but since our friends were on this ship the itinerary was not important. Embarkation went smoothly as usual but that may be because we are platinum level ...
