My first cruise and my last. Didn’t help we didn’t even go to the Bahamas but we understood for safety reasons. Guest relations team didn’t help with WiFi issue once purchased. No reimbursement for WiFi we didn’t even use. Went to spa for a free pamper party but it was cancelled at the time we showed up. I injured myself on dance floor which was no ones fault but we called front desk to provide a ice pack and they didn’t come to our room until we called multiple times. Food was sub par. Long lines everywhere since we never left ship. My last cruise ever, horrible experience overall. We called to get a discount on another cruise since this one was so lousy and they said no a verbal apology is just fine?! Never take this cruise line. Wish I had a better experience. My cousin and I will never set sail again on this cruise Read Less

We are avid Disney Cruisers but thought a 2-night cruise would be great for my husband and I; it was not! After stepping foot on the ship, we noticed right away the smell of old smoke from the Casino area. If that wasn't bad enough, the fragrance they tried to mask it with make us nauseous. Deck 5 where ALL the shops and bars are was so hard to walk around, in the jewelry store, the associate followed us around like they do in furniture stores! We found that most of the crew members were not friendly or helpful. The waitstaff at the main dining room got upset that we didn't take their suggested choices at dinner time. Every where we went the first day, people were all trying to sell us something, drink package, internet package, specialty dining, etc. Our room was on Deck 9 and when we would turn to walk to our room all we could smell was sewage coming from the rooms. Our room had a musty smell to it as well. On Saturday night, we had to make a run back to Miami for a sick passenger to get off and all my husband and I wanted to do was get off with them! We will never again sail another cruise line but Disney. Read Less

The Mariner OTS was recently refurbished after returning from Asia. Food and entertainment were good ,service in MDR was also above par for RCI. The entertainment was good, great comedian, juggling act and ice skating show. RCI did a FABULOUS job on the upgrading and updating of the public venues on the Mariner.....ship looked brand new with beautiful new decorating (carpeting, furniture etc).....however, they left the cabins UNTOUCHED. Our cabin, a hump balcony on deck 8, had the most horrendous, overwhelming odor upon entering the cabin. We talked to "Guest Services", they sent up housekeeping to assess, they claimed to 'deep clean' the carpet....but it never got a drop better and even grew worse....it was MILDEWED carpeting (the carpet shampooing probably made it worse by adding water to the flooring??). Thank goodness we were only on this ship for a 4 day cruise. This cabin was barely liveable and it was most likely unhealthy to be breathing in mold as well. It ruined what was to be and should have been a wonderful cruise on an otherwise beautiful ship!! Read Less
