An Enjoyable Experience
"Our 5-day cruise on Disney Wonder was a fun experience for our entire family. This was our 2nd Disney cruise - but first on this particular ship. Our stateroom was located on Deck 8 with a verandah (8512). Our..."Read More

I have previously sailed on the Disney Dream (September 2017) and wanted to try a classic ship (March 2018). Although overall I preferred the Dream, I did enjoy the longer cruise. On my week long cruise we visited Castaway Cay on two occasions, had three sea days and visited San Juan. We were supposed to visit St Maarten but there was a storm and so we did the two Castaway Cay visits ...

I was invited at the last minute to join a friend. We had an inside cabin on deck 5. I usually sail balconies, so I was a bit weary. Cabin was great, amenities great, Service second to none. Any issues that did arise were dealt with promptly most times. One thing I felt like on my recent cruises with the other lines (Celebrity mostly) was that I was a burden to the staff, the buffet area ...

Arrival: ship is docked away from Old San Juan. Did not like that you could not just jump off and tour the town like other cruise lines. Needed a taxi for sure! Computers were slow and lines were long. Glad we went snorkeling and beached it before we arrived at 1:30PM. They did not announce our family as we entered. Not a big deal but my kids were looking forward to that part because they ...

Our 5-day cruise on Disney Wonder was a fun experience for our entire family. This was our 2nd Disney cruise - but first on this particular ship. Our stateroom was located on Deck 8 with a verandah (8512). Our family consisted of 5 people but we found our stateroom spacious for all of us. Everything in our cabin was in good working order and always well kept with the help of our steward, Shiv. ...

Dining Experience: Breakfast - we loved the eggs, bacon, variety of cereal, sausage links, mueslik. We wish they had berries. They had lots of melons, apples, and bananas The coffee on deck was atrocious. I did find it annoying that the good coffee was $3.74 a cup at the Cafe. Dinners loved by the kids due to variety of restaurants and food. The kids all ate from the adult menu and ...

This was, in fact, our 3rd time staying in Cabin #5134 on the lovely Disney Wonder. It's a great cabin, in a fabulous location, on a ship that still holds my heart. But if you'd asked me the last time I debarked what I'd rate it on a 1-to-10 scale? You would've heard the 10 before you finished. This time? I'd give it about a 7 1/2. If I were ranking it solely on the people? 10+ Our room steward ...

Cruising with Disney was a big dream for my family. We took advantage of a great deal they had offer that allowed kids to sail for free. So we went in the month of April of 2013 from the port of Miami. Check-in was easy and fast. we got on we didn't have to wait very long to get our room. We had an inside cabin and it was just fine. We were 2 adults and 2 children of age 10 and 6 years. My kids ...
