7 day cruise left us feeling left out and shorted for our money.
Captain said winds were too high to port in Jamaica.... never tried again. 4 other cruises were able to port on the same day. So we literally were at sea for no reason missing out on what was promised.
If he was able to dock in San Juan (terrible storm) he could have dock in Jamaica. Disappointed with not docking... ...
We took our granddaughter on the cruise of a lifetime. Ship was incredibly clean, well organized and the staff was unbelievable. The only reason for the less than 5 was due to the subpar food on the formal dinners. Everything seemed rushed and the Meals seemed to be prepared and served after cooking under a heat light for hours. Avoid the oysters Rockefeller and the lobster tail. The ...
Having taken 3 cruises on Disney in the Caribbean, we decided to give them a try for Alaska as well. Even though there was no land package offered, the shore excursions, including some Disney exclusives (not available from private tour operators) looked amazing, and turned out better than expected.
Ship departed from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Although we had used Disney to book hotels for the ...
We figured Disney would be great with kids considering the characters, shows and kids club. We have a 7, 5 and 2 year old. No previous cruise experience. Many kid friendly resorts though.
So on the criteria of characters, shows and kids club.
Characters, Disney comes through. No complaints. If you have kids who love princesses, ignore the rest of this review and just go. We have 3 boys, ...
This was a fantastic cruise, they made everything so magical, the weather for the whole trip was very cold and windy but that was out of their control but if you do the California cost from San Diego to a Vancouver just bringing warmer outfits. The shows are sooooo amazing and true to Disney magic we stayed in a concierge suite and they were so wonderful to us. My Son was so happy to know that the ...
We had an amazing time the shows are amazing better than some broadway. The children had a great time. We had more trouble booking the cruise, getting our luggage and trying to sign up for the tea party. You really do not need to do the tea party a lot of money and you can meet the princesses and have pictures free you just n need to get that ticket. MY biggest complaint the youngest not quite ...
Just returned from 5 day 4 night Disney Wonder Cruise from Port Canaveral. We had a group of 8 ranging in ages from 5-60. First thing to keep in mind when booking a Disney cruise is it does cater to kids of all ages.
We had a 1 bedroom veranda suite on the Concierge level. Lets talk about what you get for that level. SERVICE...You have a private concierge on land to help with all of your ...
I'm going to start with the good things:
Disney "Wonder", February 12 to 16th, cabin 8500.
Manager Staff:
Gabriela, Martin and Carlos tried to repair my experience with diligence and constantly, but their efforts where in vain.
The service at restaurants was very good, not excelent but very good. The quality of the food is very good, not remarkable but very good.
Our room was ...
Amazing cruise, but kids club is overcrowded and most of the activities aren’t suited for 11 and 12 year olds. I don’t understand why they would do the same activities as the 3 year olds on the ship. The main dining was exquisite! Our food waitress was from Croatia and Sicily and our drink waiter was from India. Every day I would ask the waitress if Creme Brûlée was on the menu because it was my ...
We thought this would be a great cruise for our family: my wife, myself, our 10 year old son and 8 year old daughter. It was more than we expected. Our daughter has several severe food allergies (not intolerances), where she is anaphalactic to many foods. We emailed and were able to provide her food allergy list to the chef on board ahead of time. Also we were able to work with the head chef ...
