This was a family vacation consisting of parents (54 & 53) and daughters (20 & 16). The primary reason for picking this cruise was that it fit a compressed holiday schedule. Easy, expedited boarding from Galveston at 12pm. We were guided to 9th deck for relaxation and drinks while embarkation was underway. Waiters were hustling trays of pre-made Mai Tais as soon as we sat down. The drinks were watery and only a select few drinks could be purchased without an extra sales tax until we left port. This was a 5 day cruise out of Galveston. We had a balcony on the 8th floor. The rooms really need to be updated and renovated. The ship has so much rust in it's exterior that it just looks bad. Food in Main dining was good for the most part. Breakfast slower and food a bit cold.
Evening meal was better. Easy entrance and seating
Buffet was crowded, food choice seemed limited.
All dining areas appeared clean and service was food.

We just got back from a 5 day cruise on the Enchantment. It was my husband and I with our 2 kids (9 and 11). We had an overall fun trip. We have cruised a lot in the past but this was our first time with RC. The ship had great customer service. It was clean and well maintained.
